So, I've been doing the diet and exercise thing for almost 2 weeks...working out almost every day....I even added some weights yesterday...
and I've GAINED 2 lbs....
wait...what?!?!....
yes, you read right...GAINED 2 lbs...and I'm not happy....I've been more physically active...have been eating less and much healthier....and yet I've gained weight...why?...I don't have a clue....
I'm perplexed, confounded, unamused, and quite frankly....HUNGRY!!!....
I'm making the kids cinnamon rolls later....I know...I can't eat them, but I can smell them!
if only I could figure out what I'm doing wrong...
