Got Cleaver?

As you've seen....even though I did specifically tell you to ignore it...I'm sure you didn't...it was the elephant in the room after all....anyway...you've seen my meat cleaver...I use that sucker for EVERYTHING....from onions and garlic to whacking chicken wings into pieces....that is the knife I use...why?...because it was sharp...I have other knives of various sorts...but they are all old...and DULL...and I ain't talking boring....LOL

so earlier after I mowed the lawn...I came in the house and found this lovely little number

 Don't you just love how early is spelled....ahh...kids...the precious little squirrel butts...

of course the real gem was hiding behind the note....

KNIVES...a WHOLE SET....the Man had picked them up for me while he was at Wal-Mart....awesome huh...

apparently, if you mention your cleaver enough....the Man will get sick of it and feel sorry for you and get you a knife set...of course they aren't expensive or anything (hey, if I had that kind of money do you think I'd be using a cleaver in the first place??)....

I'm so excited....this really rocks my socks!....and who knew knives could do that....

Tomorrow I'll post about my accidental Chocolate Cheesecake Icebox Pie....which rocks C's socks....and that's good enough for me...
